These passionate chefs are creating delicious dishes and relying on the local community of farmers to provide the freshest, local ingredients.
As a local Philadelphian, I am always spoilt for choice when deciding where to go to eat, whether it’s a brunch spot, a local BYOB (bring your own bottle) or a fancy restaurant.
I am happy to say that I have tried all the restaurants on the short list except one. Would you like to guess which one?
