It’s that time of the year again, when we can try so many of the fabulous restaurants in Philly and there are quite a bunch to choose from, for a lot less! In fact there are over one hundred restaurants that are participating in this City-wide event.
Center City Restaurant Week takes place each winter and autumn, and this year it is happening January 22th to 27th and January 29th to February 3rd.
You can enjoy and dine on a three-course dinner for $35, so that’s quite a deal. In addition, many of the restaurants are offering a three-course lunch for $20.
It’s quite easy to fully experience this delicious dining event, as there’s a complete list of participating restaurants, all you have to do is pick one or as many as you like and enjoy a fabulous meal for a great price.
You can contact the restaurants direct or easily use Open Table to book your table. Reservations are highly recommended, as this is a popular time to dine throughout the city and you don’t want to be disappointed or miss out!
Some of my favourite dining spots are taking part. There are too many to mention but here is my top ten list.
- Amada for Spanish tapas
- Buddakan for Asian fusion cuisine
- Barbuzzo Restaurant for Mediterranean with a twist
- Dandelion for good old English grub
- El Vez for gourmet Mexican
- Le Bec Fin for upscale French food
- OPA for Greek food
- Percy Street Barbecue for Southern style BBQ
- The Plough and the Stars for Irish food
- Zahav for Israeli food

Perhaps I will bump into you at one of my fave restaurants. Happy dining!
